Alex Holt is a healthcare brand designer and founder of CRTR Studio. As a creative partner, he collaborates closely with FireStarter’s team to develop brand architecture and visual assets that support healthcare marketing initiatives across organ donation and transplantation and health systems.

In partnership with FireStarter, Alex has helped healthcare organizations and mission-driven brands such as Riverview Health, OrthoIndy and NORA build and amplify their reach with clinical and community stakeholders. During his prior role at Indiana Donor Network, he designed visual elements for the launch of the award-winning Driven2SaveLives initiative and helped develop the TxJet brand, supporting transplant logistics.

Alex began his career as a creative video producer and live production specialist, producing visual storytelling content and launching a nonprofit initiative focused on addressing homelessness in his community. That early commitment to mission-based work continues to shape his approach today.
