With more than 15 years of direct experience in organ donation and transplantation, including firsthand knowledge of OPO operations, national associations and industry partnerships, Jennifer Jenks helps clients communicate the impact of their industry-disrupting solutions.

A former Program Manager for the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO), Jen understands the regulatory, clinical and leadership landscape shaping organ donation and transplantation operations nationwide. She began her career working within OPOs, giving her practical insight into donor management workflows and coordination.

At FireStarter, Jen leads industry engagement strategy, helping clients build credibility and visibility through conferences, partnerships and professional organizations. From 2023–2026, she helped one client secure multiple national presentations, scientific posters, webinars and more than 38 exhibit engagements.
